Just as much as men´s health, women´s health is important nowadays.
The reason is simple: health is important in everyone´s lives!

I am a woman and breast cancer is worrying everyone nowadays, not only because it is the number one type of cancer that is killing women all around the world, but also because people is not informed enough about it. Preventing this type of cancer is so easy that women shouldn’t be dying in its hands like they are.

Here I am going to give you girls some steps you can take to prevent this terrible disease that is affecting millions of women every where. Breast cancer is affecting the world women´s health!
1. Always keep a healthy body weight during your life. All the weight we gain in midlife, has been shown to considerably increase the risk of breast cancer. On top of that, an elevated BMI has been shown to increase the risk of post-menopausal breast cancer as well.
2. Avoid alcohol, or drink less. Alcohol is the riskiest agent that provoques breast cancer. Studies show that alcohol, along with several other factors, can increase breast cancer risk as much as 20-25 percent, specially when it is consumed more than twice a day. Alcohol is not good for women´s health, as it even affects our skin and blood.
3. Consume as many fruits and vegetables as possible. Eat a minimum of 7 servings per day of these. The best of breast cancer protection products include all cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower (eat them raw or lightly cooked because otherwise they will lose some of their anti-breast cancer properties); dark leafy greens (collards, spinach) ; carrots and tomatoes. The best fruits against breast cancer are citrus, berries and cherries.
4. Exercise regularly the rest of your life. Many studies have demonstrated that regular exercise provides outstanding protection against breast cancer. Do exercise for 30 minutes (specially aerobic activity like walking) for five or more days per week. The key is being consistent and respecting the 30 minutes time frame.
5. Eat the right fats. You can stop the risk of getting breast cancer if you control the type of fat that you eat. Women´s health is also based on what they are eating.You need to avoid the use of saturated fats (sunflower, corn) as they are Increase your consumption of omega-3 fats, especially from oily fish (salmon, tuna). Eat monounsaturated oils (canola, olive oil, avocados) as your primary fat source, because they are good against cancer. Canola oil is a good source of omega-3 fats; extra virgin olive oil is a excellent source of antioxidants and nuts and seeds provide you with the cancer protective mineral, selenium.
